Beginning April 21, 2018, you may not be able to make a payment if your browser is not updated to the latest version. Due to security reasons, the City's payment vendor will not allow payers to make payments using an older browser version. Below is a list of acceptable browsers with versions. It is recommended to check your browser version and update it if necessary to continue to make payments through the Customer & Utility Services website.
